Kuhn’s Heating & Air is hiring HVAC Installers to join our team. We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who want to build a career in the HVAC industry. This position is open to both new and experienced installers.

Whether you already have installation experience or are newer to the trade and ready to learn, we want people with a strong work ethic, good attitude, and willingness to grow.

Pay:
Hourly pay $20-$35
Estimated yearly earnings: $42,000–$80,000 depending on experience, skill level, and performance

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with or lead installation of residential and light commercial HVAC systems

• Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, coils, mini splits, and related equipment

• Follow company standards and local code requirements

• Work safely, efficiently, and professionally on job sites

• Keep work areas clean and organized

• Communicate well with team members and customers

• Continue developing installation knowledge and skills on the job

Qualifications:

• HVAC installation experience is helpful, but not required

• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn

• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance

• Ability to lift equipment, use tools, and work in a variety of environments

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Valid driver’s license preferred

• EPA certification is a plus, but not required

Kuhn’s Heating & Air is hiring HVAC Service Technicians to join our growing team. We are looking for dependable, motivated technicians who take pride in their work, serve customers well, and want to continue growing in the HVAC trade.

This position is ideal for someone with solid service experience who can confidently diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems while delivering excellent customer service. We want technicians who are team players, willing to keep learning, and committed to doing the job right.

Pay:
$38 - $45 Hr
Hourly pay plus SPIFs/incentives

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, service, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems

• Troubleshoot equipment and provide effective solutions for customers

• Communicate clearly with customers about system issues and repair options

• Complete service calls efficiently, professionally, and safely

• Maintain accurate job notes, paperwork, and service records

• Work closely with office staff and team members to keep jobs running smoothly

• Uphold company standards for workmanship, professionalism, and customer care

• Assist with training or supporting less experienced team members when needed

Qualifications:

• HVAC service experience required

• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

• Ability to work independently in the field

• Good communication and customer service skills

• EPA certification preferred

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Ability to stay organized and manage time effectively

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
